Scott has been in the nursery business most of his life
and we're happy to have him on our staff! Scott rarely stays put
inside our store, he is fun and loves to pitch in, giving our

Brad DeKruyter
Brad DeKruyter gives customers his personal attention.
As general manager Brad offers helpful advice, solves garden problems,
and is delighted to help with design ideas. He has worked in every
aspect of the garden industry for the past 25 years and loves
helping retail customers best of all. |

Leza Lachapelle Dandos
Has joined the Watters team as our PR and Marketing
Manager. Although Leza admits to having a “light green
thumb” as far as the plants go, she does have an extensive
background in broadcasting and can be heard reporting the news
mornings on KYCA here in Prescott. If you see Leza strolling
around the garden center, tell her to get back to work (we can’t
keep her away from the plants!)”

Debbie Davis
The resident expert with anything to do with numbers
here at Watter Design & Garden Center. She was there for any
change that has happened at Watters for the past 14 years. As
bookkeeper and office manager she is the unsung hero of the back
office at Watters. |

Brian Lemcke
Brian is a master is plant care. You'll find him all
over the nursery beautifying areas and assisting customers. He
is an added bonus to our team with his great attitudes and capabilities
to assist our customers with superb plant knowledge and ideas.

Dawn Wier
Dawn comes to us from the higher elevations of Flagstaff.
You may depend on her for excellent advice on growing plants
of all varieties. She'll also be happy to greet you and ring

Lisa Lain
Always a part to the Prescott scene. Lisa was born and
raised here in Prescott and grew up in the family business. Her
parents, Harold and Lorna Watters, started her in the nursery
watering trees and the love of the garden center business has
only grown stronger from there. Since her parents retirement she
and her husband have run the family business with the same passion
for plants and customers she grew up with.I love helping customers
and playing with plants. |

Ken Lain
Known by his friends as 'The Garden Guy'. Ken
has been gardening in the Tri-City area for 30 years, and knows
the best techniques for gardening in the high mountain climates
of Northern Arizona. His local garden advise is published each
Saturday in 'The Daily Courier' newspaper and is passionate
about plants, proper landscape designs and spreading the good
news that gardening can be easy and fun. A local who graduated
from Prescott High School, Yavapai College and ASU. Ken 's
gardening credentials are as Master Gardener, Certified Nursery
Profession and owner of Watters Design and Garden Centers. |
